"Texas Teens for Libraries Day!"

VPL had the opportunity to invite a teen from the Victoria community to attend the Texas Library Association Annual Conference for a "Texas Teens for Libraries Day" on April 2nd.  Teens from TAG were asked to submit an essay on why the want to be a librarian, and Isabella Musquiz was selected as the winner. While at the conference, Isabella attended workshops, roamed the exhibit hall and even met several prominent young adult authors. She had a great time and came back loaded with free books!
