Wheelchair basketball players compete at Victoria East High School during the first weekend of the 2025 TAAF Winter Games of Texas. About 1,200 amateur athletes from across Texas and around the nation competed Jan. 18-19 in disc golf, pickleball, swimming and wheelchair basketball. Events were hosted at Victoria ISD facilities and at Riverside Park. The 2025 TAAF Winter Games will continue Feb. 15-16 as the City and its partners host cornhole, e-sports, flag football, golf and fastpitch softball.
