While 2020 was not quite what we expected for community events, we hope to start 2021 with a BANG! The following programs are going to be programmed for YOU, fingers crossed!

2021 Recreation Events

  • Son Valley Ranch Family Outdoor Expo: February 6th, 2021

    • Come visit your local Parks and Rec staff out at Son Valley Ranch for a day of fun, family, and excitement! 
  • AeroCrafters Trivia Night: February 17th, 2021
    • AeroCrafters Pub (309 E Crestwood, Victoria Tx, 77904)
    • An ultimate test of your romantic movie knowledge.  
  • Car Bingo : February 26th, 2021
    • Riverside Stadium Parking Lot 
    • Pre-registration required through Community Pass. Limited spots available. 
    • Drive into Riverside Stadium, sit in your car, play some bingo, and the best part, HONK when you win! 
  • Riverside Campout and Movie Night: April 17th, 2021
    • Grovers Bend in Riverside Park (107 Lowry Drive , Victoria Tx 77901)
    • Enjoy a night under the stars in Grovers Bend with a movie, dinner, and a campfire all for FREE! 
  • Kayak Clinic: June 12th, 2021
    • Son Valley Ranch (North, 8793 US-87, Victoria Tx 77904) & Guadalupe River in Riverside Park
    • Learn the basics of kayaking in a still water pool and then enjoy a lovely float down the Guadalupe River with Flow Paddle Co, Coastal Bend Paddlers, and Victoria Parks and Recreation!
  • Miller Lite Blastoff 4th of July Celebration: July 4th, 2021
    • Victoria Community Center (2905 E North Street Victoria Tx 77901)
    • Join the City in a celebration of our Nations Independence with live music, food trucks, and of course, the Miller Lite FIREWORKS show! 
    • Accepting food and merchandise vendors on May 24th, 2021.
  • Discover Parks Victoria!: Throughout the month of July (dates TBD)
    • Help your local team celebrate the National Parks and Recreation Month!
  • Kayak Clinic: August 14th, 2021
